I turned 18 in march and the service still says im underage and cant pet sit🙄 im trying to work on here but it wont let me
More often than not, this app freezes, or double books. Also, you must evaluate your caregiver before you can see anything about the visit. This inevitably leads to 5* ratings as most people simply want to get past this screen and see how the visit went and is why 99% of the reviews of caregivers have no comments. EDIT: Support won't acknowledge the ratings issue. By using Wag you won't know what level of caregiver is coming into your home and looking after your pet while you're away.
UPDATE: CANCELLATION IS STILL HORRIBLE. They were going to change me $40 for canceling a sitting a week in advance. My dog sitter (who is great) would not receive and of this 'fee' from WAG. Please stop being so greedy and get rid of these ridiculous fees. THEIR NEW CANCELLATION POLICY IS HORRIBLE. Wag please terminate this ridiculous policy. If you cancel any service (even if it is weeks in advance) , you will have to pay a fee. Very disappointing.
Can't even ask for help on the app. Email goes no where and instead of listing their number they have a call button feat. That goes no where for support. I've been using this for half a year. No one picks up your Job 75% of the time and if they do they won't come. Don't sign up for the membership they no support from the people who created this app and no way to get in contact with some one but a FAQ page. My dog has peed in the house several times with no one to show up. You would be wasting $
Terrible app, the "wag community" is horriblly corrupt. With how much money they're taking from the caretakers, you'd think they could afford an app that works. I shouldn't have to restart the app multiple times to get any kind of input through. Nor should wag be taking almost 40% of profits from their "employees".
The actual service itself is wonderful. The walkers and over night sitters are amazing. I use this service almost daily and have been a customer for almost 2 years. But the app has errors and locks up multiple times a day. I literally have to Uninstall and reinstall every day. If the makers of the app would just USE the app for a day they would see the myriad technical issues. I'm to the point where I'm considering switching to another walk service because the app is such a horrible hindrance.
I tried to join to make money by walking dogs but you can only book appointments and not actually do the walking
Just keeps asking what breed my dog is I type lab but it's not good enough for it
The dog info page is buggy and i can't get any further. Especially the birthday of the pet. Very buggy.
the app is horrendous. whoever coded this user interface should never work again. crashes, touches don't work.
